Made from two-dimensional S-shaped wires which are also known as "No-Sag," "S Coils," "Zig-Zag Wire," or "Zig-Zag Springs." Commonly used in ottomans, chairs (seat and back), and sofas (seat and back).That take place of coil springs. Can be install quick and easy without a time-consuming hand-tie job. Fastened with clips and No-sag nails. Run a few inches apart from front-to-back or top-to-bottom.
The function of upholstery springs in upholstered furniture is to give comfort and resilience to the seat. Upholstery springs are used along with foam and other fillers. Upholstery springs are graded by the gauge of the spring 8 and 9 gage is typically used for seating. 11 gauge are used for backs.

If need samples of our standard size,can offer you in 2 days,but if need samples of customized size,will take around 3-5 days.Samples fee is free,but the freight charge should be negotiated.But if your order quantities is large,we can refund the cost after you place the order.

Generally speaking,for the customised size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 4000PCS,for our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 2500PCS.If you have special printing design on the packing bag,there will be MOQ of bag requested and extra fee,but it can be negotiated,need to according to your order quantities.
