Product Descriptions & Application
Sinuous springs, also known as zig zag springs, are found in most modern furniture. They are available in gauges from 8 - 13. They come on a continuos roll and are cut to specific lengths. 7-8 gauge is used for seats and 10-12 gauge is used for backs.
Sinuous spring systems consist of heavy-gauge steel wires formed in continuous, vertical S-shaped coils. The springs are attached to the frame with padded clips and fasteners and re-enforced with horizontal metal tie rods. This type of “no sag” construction takes less labor and is cheaper to produce than an 8-way hand-tied spring suspension but has proven over the past thirty years to provide a comfortable “sit” plus be very durable and good quality.
About Packing Way
Normally,our standard packing is 300pcs or 500pcs per bag,packed with green knitted bag.We can make different quantities per bag as your request,but we don't suggest total weight per bag exceeds 25kgs.We also can pack the goods will plywood carton,but there will be extra packing fee.
About Delivery
1. If trade in FOB / CIF term,goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port.
2. If trade in EXW,goods will be loaded in factory or if you need us send the goods to appointed loading place,it's also ok,but maybe will have extra fee.
About Payment Term
1. FOB & CIF term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid against the copy of documents.
2. EXW term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid before delivery.
3. If total amount is lower than USD1000,we will charge total amount after the order confirmed.
About MOQ
1. If you have special printing on the packing,there also will be the MOQ of packing demands.
2. For the customized size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 4000PCS.
3. For our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 2500PCS.
