Made from two-dimensional S-shaped heavy-duty wire, zigzag springs are known in the upholstery industry as "No-Sag" springs. Modern manufacturers have turned to using zigzag springs in upholstered furniture because they are inexpensive and easy to install. You can use zigzag springs in ottomans, sofas and chairs. But they work best in furniture pieces with shallow frames. Deep-framed antique upholstered furniture pieces are usually designed to use coil springs and webbing.Our Zig Zag springs can be manufactured in a range of different gauges, lengths and arcs. - Furniture and Auto seat cushions: 9 Gauge
- Furniture Seat Backs: 11 Gauge
- Auto Seat Backs: 12 Gauge (or 11 gauge for heavier duty use)

1. Generally speaking,length below 65cm - 500PCS/bag,length above 65cm - 300PCS/bag,we pack the springs with knitted bag,bag color has green,white & yellow.If you have special packing way,we also can do as your request.
2. Shipped by LCL / FCL.
3. If trade in FOB / CIF term,goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port.
4. If trade in EXW,goods will be loaded in factory or if you need us send the goods to appointed loading place,it's also ok,but maybe will have extra fee.

Generally speaking,for the customised size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 4000PCS,for our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 2500PCS.If you have special printing design on the packing bag,there will be MOQ of bag requested and extra fee,but it can be negotiated,need to according to your order quantities.
About Samples
After confirm the quotation,we can offer the free samples for confirmation according to your specification if needed,the samples will be delivered by express,DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS.Generally speaking,it will takes around 3-5 days to send out the samples.
